How ReadyToTalk pricing works

ReadyToTalk keeps pricing simple and usage-based. There are no tiers to choose, no minute bundles to size, and no “unlimited” fine print.

The model

  • $39/month base subscription. This keeps your AI Staff trained, your number connected, and your dashboard, routing, and integrations running.
  • Pay-per-use AI calling: roughly $0.20–$0.25 per minute of AI-answered conversation. You pay only for calls your AI Staff actually answers — a quiet week costs you almost nothing beyond the base.

Why usage-based?

Flat-rate “unlimited” answering plans price everyone for the heaviest user. Most small businesses get a handful of missed calls a day; paying per answered minute means your bill tracks the value you actually received — each answered call is a captured lead you would otherwise have lost.

The $5 trial

New accounts start with a $5 trial, no card required. That's enough to set up, preview, connect a number, and take real calls before you decide.

Where to see your usage

The dashboard's billing section shows your current balance and usage in dollars, along with invoices and your subscription status — what you've spent is always visible, never a surprise at month end.

ReadyToTalk is the AI Staff for small businesses — it answers every call 24/7, learns your business from your website, and captures every lead so you never miss work while you're busy doing the job. See what an answering service should really cost.
