Reading your calls list: summaries, transcripts and recordings

Every call your AI Staff answers is recorded in the Calls section of your dashboard. Here's how to read it.

The calls list

Calls appear newest first, with the caller's number and name (when the caller gives it), when the call started, and the reason for the call. This list is the running log of everything your business's phone handled while you were busy.

Inside a call

  • Summary: a short, plain-English digest of what the caller wanted — the thing to read when you have ten seconds between jobs.
  • Transcript: the full conversation, word for word, if you need the details (a quoted price, an address, a callback window).
  • Caller details: the number to call back, and anything the AI Staff collected, like the service the caller asked about.

Notifications

You don't have to watch the dashboard: ReadyToTalk notifies you when a call is handled, so the summary reaches you where you already are. If you connect integrations (Zapier, your helpdesk, spreadsheets), each call is delivered there too, at the moment the call ends.

Which calls show up

Calls answered by your AI Staff carry the full summary and transcript. Calls that only passed through a phone menu, or that were forwarded straight to a person, are logged as well — so the list reflects your real call traffic, not just the AI-answered part.

ReadyToTalk is the AI Staff for small businesses — it answers every call 24/7, learns your business from your website, and captures every lead so you never miss work while you're busy doing the job. Meet your AI Staff.
