ReadyToTalk can send you a summary of every answered call on WhatsApp — who called, what they needed, and what the AI did — so you can run your business from the app you already live in.
Setting it up
- In your dashboard, open Settings → Call notifications.
- Add a notification block, choose WhatsApp as the channel, and enter the number that should receive summaries.
- Pick which calls should notify you — every call, or only specific routes.
Summaries arrive right after each call ends. Email and SMS channels are available in the same place if you'd rather not use WhatsApp.
